The site currently publishes current SDG&E TOU records and expands through a transparent, guarded refresh pipeline. Wider utility and ZIP coverage will use the same derivation rules and stable URL map.

What this site does not do

It does not sell electricity plans, collect utility credentials, or promise a particular bill outcome. It explains published schedules and lets you test simple load-shifting assumptions.
